Whether you're ready to take your training to a new level, or just getting started on your fitness journey, we're here to help optimise your results and make sure you have a great time doing it!

We believe that a strong, healthy body is one of the biggest assets we can have in life, and that treating both your body and mind with respect can lead to improvements in all areas of life.

When you purchase your first online Fitness Coaching block you'll be contacted to book in a coaching consultation with our head coach and founder Meg Nicholson.

From there, a tailor made training and fitness plan will be created just for you. You'll have access to weekly online check ins with your coach to keep you on track, as well as exercise and technique guidance as needed.
You'll also be able to book additional 1:1 coaching sessions as needed.

Each block will last 12 weeks and be adjusted as needed to suit your training goals and lifestyle.
